Store Policies

All of our furniture is brand new from the importer in it's original box and packaging, some items may be re-packaged for shipment.  Some products may require assembling. We do not stock these items so we can bring you the lowest prices therefore they may be out of stock temporarily at the time of purchase and may take up to 6 weeks to get back in stock.  We do require photos of any damaged items before we file a damage claim, small nicks and scratches are not covered by FEDEX/trucking company damage claims. Damage during shipping has to go thru FEDEX/Trucking company claims department for re-imbursement for damages only if the shipping insurance is paid for.   Please ask us any questions you might have by e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.   All non-damage returns may incur a 30% restocking fee  and must file within 7 days after the receiving. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and RMA No must be obtain prior returning.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back and unauthorized return will not be accepted.  Please note that we will not be liable for any damage or discrepancies after the packages has been accepted upon delivery.  We will warranty parts and any hardware needed for the item.
